Print your own tickets
Purchase tickets from readingphillies.com and eliminate waiting by printing them at your home or office. Waiting is outta here when fans print their own tickets. No more waiting for your tickets in the mail or waiting in the line at the ticket or will call windows at the ballpark. No more waiting in long lines for a giveaway.

Here’s how it works: Click here or click on any of the green Tickets icons that are easy to find just about anywhere on the site. Simply purchase your seats, print the bar coded tickets and come to the ballpark when you normally would for a game.

Once you arrive, enter FirstEnergy Stadium via the "E-Ticket Fast Lane" exclusively for online, self-printed ticket purchasers. The special lane is located at the main entrance.

Reserved Seats vs. General Admission - back to top
Reserved seating means that you will have specific assigned seats for a game. A section, row and seat number will be assigned on all reserved seat tickets. Reserved seats are particularly recommended because your seats are guaranteed for the entire game. This is especially helpful on nights with large crowds or if you will be arriving after the gate opening time. Reserved seating is also recommended for groups to ensure that everyone sits together.

General admission tickets are tickets that guarantee your entry to the ballpark but do not guarantee seats. Seating is based upon first come, first serve availability in the designated general admission sections. General admission sections differ from game to game, so you may want to contact the ticket office to check on availability. General admission tickets can always be upgraded to reserved seats for a price depending upon availability of reserved seating. It is always a good idea to arrive early to the ballpark if using general admission tickets, therefore improving your odds of more seating availability and finding seats together.

Children’s Admission - back to top

Reserved Seating
Children ages four and under do not need a ticket purchased for them if they plan on sitting on a lap for the length of the game. If a seat is required, then a ticket would need to be purchased for them at the regular reserved seat price. Ages five and up require a ticket.

General Admission
Children ages four and under do not require a ticket and are welcome to sit in available seating with their parents in the general admission areas. Children ages 5-14 can purchase a discounted general admission ticket which is $6.00 instead of the $8.00 rate for adults. Due to the fact that general admission tickets do not guarantee finding seats, it may be better to order reserved seats guaranteeing that there are seats together for your group.

Ticket Purchasing - back to top
All tickets, with the exception of group outings, need to be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A $4.00 handling fee is charged per order for all phone and internet orders.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given once orders are charged and tickets are printed. Ticket exchanges can be made, please use the Ticket Exchange section as a reference.

Ticket Exchanges - back to top
Regularly purchased tickets that are exchanged at least one day prior to their designated game date can be exchanged for tickets of equal or lesser value to any remaining regular season home game during the same season, based upon availability. Regularly purchased tickets that are exchanged the same day or past the date of the designated game can be exchanged for a free general admission ticket to any Monday-Thursday regular season home game played at FirstEnergy Stadium or a $2.00 discount off the price of reserved seat tickets to any remaining regular season home game during the same season, based upon availability.

Certain sponsor tickets and tickets that have a rain date printed on them can be used only on their designated date. If the game is officially rained out and the ticket has a rain date printed on it, the tickets can be used only on that rain date.

All exchanges need to be done in person or sent through the mail. Tickets can not be held while awaiting the tickets to be exchanged.

We encourage anyone who has questions regarding ticket exchanges to call the Reading Phillies ticket office at (610)375-8469. Please have your tickets on hand to help us clarify any questions.

Mailing Tickets and Will Call - back to top

Ticket orders which we receive a week or less from the game date we will hold for pick up at the Will Call window. The Will Call window is located to the right hand side of the main entrance. Handling charges apply for Will Call tickets as well as tickets which are mailed.

Rain Policies - back to top
In almost all cases, the postponing of a Reading Phillies game is a game time decision that is made by the General Manager after consultation with both managers and the umpire crew chief. All postponements after the game has started is the responsibility of the umpire crew chief only. In many cases a game may go into a rain delay if it is probable that the game can be played at a later start time that evening.

A game must be officially rained out in order to exchange tickets for tickets of equal value. Day of game exchanges can not be made based on threatening weather predicted for that evening. If you choose not to come to the game and an official game is played, your tickets are considered as unused tickets and the unused ticket policy applies. See the Ticket Exchange section of this page.

To find out ticket policies regarding rain, please see the Ticket Back Disclaimer section of this page. If you are coming to the game as part of a group, the group leader will be contacted to discuss options.

All buffet areas are billed as “Rain or Shine” events and the buffet will be served if we open the gates for the game.

You can find out if a game has been postponed by listening to our office phone recording (610-375-8469), our website at www.readingphillies.com

If you have any questions regarding rain and tickets, please feel free to contact the Reading Phillies ticket office at (610)375-8469.

Handicapped Accessibility and Seating - back to top

Accessibility
Handicapped parking spaces are located near the main entrance to the stadium. If spaces are no longer available when you arrive, those with difficulty walking can be dropped off near the main entrance while someone is parking the vehicle.

A special entrance for the handicapped and season ticket holders is located on the first base side of the stadium.

The R-Phils offer a Courtesy Golf cart (located at the main entrance) for trips from your car to the entrance at the prior to the game or from the main entrance to your car following the game.

Seating
Two general admission platforms are located in the left field and right field grandstands. General admission tickets will gain you access to these areas. These areas are open seating and based upon availability.

Reserved seating areas for wheelchairs are located in the blue field box area of the main grandstand as well as in front of the third base picnic area. One accompanying seat can be purchased along with a wheelchair spot in the blue field box seating area. These tickets are $11.00 each and the accompanying person would have a reserved seat directly in front of the individual on the wheelchair platform. The reserved spots in front of the third base picnic area can be purchased for $10.00 each. Each reserved spot can accommodate either a wheelchair or a folding chair that we provide for accompanying guests.

Because ticket availability in these areas are limited, we recommend ordering the tickets in advance to ensure the reserved seats.
